Every year, the Las Vegas Convention Center becomes a hub of commercial activity, thanks to the ASD Market Week. This big commercial event attracts global attention, with businesses coming from all over the world. Last August, Las Vegas witnessed the essence of North African craftsmanship. This was all thanks to our company, Art is Raw. For a span of three days, attendees and enthusiasts could spot us at our thoughtfully selected booth, W11930. Situated in the West Hall’s Gourmet and Gift Section, our booth was a representation of North African artistic know-how, particularly that of Tunisia. With each product on display, visitors got a view of the meticulous work that defines Art is Raw.
A Glimpse into Our Handmade Offerings
What makes our ASD Market collection special? It’s the array of products, each bearing the hallmark of premium craftsmanship. These are of high quality and utility. They’re also a celebration of North African materials and traditions. Consider the chess sets – a harmony between art and utility. They’re perfect for both casual players and professionals. The kuksa cups stand out, not just for their design but for the touch of nature they bring. The salt cellars and spice boxes, crafted with precision, promise to be more than mere kitchen utilities. They’re art pieces in their own right, both beautiful and practical. Similarly, the soap dishes provide a touch of natural aesthetics to everyday life, while the honey pots and ladles serve their purpose with a design combining utility and authenticity. Each product, be it for the kitchen, the living room, or personal use, carries the signature of Chemlali olive wood from Sfax, Tunisia in North Africa. Known for its sturdiness, unique colors, and distinct grain patterns, this wood lends character to every item in our ASD Market collection.

Reflecting on the ASD Market Week
Three days at the ASD Market Week were not merely about showcasing products. It was about sharing a slice of North Africa with the world, and introducing the innovative designs of our talented artisans. Our participation a business endeavor and a bridge, connecting cultures and traditions. We succeeded in closing deals with three major U.S. distributors and received a lot of inquiries. The selection at our booth, W11930, was not random. It was a carefully curated ensemble of items that best represented Art is Raw’s ethos. The interactions, the feedback, the appreciation – everything reiterated our commitment to quality and tradition. As Art is Raw moves forward, the memories of those three days in Las Vegas will serve as a reminder of our roots, our dedication, and the love that goes into each of our products.
