DHL was a booger to work with. Absolutely not the sellers fault, but these items did require a signature and that I be home to receive the package. After 3 attempts, my schedule finally aligned with the DHL driver’s! Otherwise, these utensils are absolutely GORGEOUS. A beautiful addition to my kitchen and my boyfriend is thrilled to use them when he cooks. Highly recommend this seller!

The ad said they ship in 3-4 days. When I checked out and saw that they may not arrive till Jan 6, I reached out to Karthage to see if they could cause them to arrive before Christmas. They said they would try, and sure enough they arrived in a few days! Thank you Karthage for the beautiful utensils and your superb customer service.

While our package arrived quite a bit later than expected - I think we can attribute that to our postal strike in Canada. I reached out to Carmen and was delighted at the level of service and attention. The utensils are beautiful and exactly what I hoped for.

everything about these utensils is Great and they even included beeswax but i'm not sure when to use the beeswax?! after washing? when the wood looks dry?! no explanation in the packaging. for that, only 4 stars for customer service. everything else was A+

First - these were shipped in a large box and just surrounded by bubble wrap. As it is a gift, this will make it fun to open. The utensils are beautifully crafted with great attention to the patterns in the wood. One of my favorite Etsy purchases.

Love these utensils! The olive wood is gorgeous! However, it would have been nice if the engraving was larger and more noticeable. The handle would most like have to be made larger to accommodate larger text.
