Shipping
We pack each order to protect handmade wood and mosaic pieces during shipping.
Many items are made or finished by hand. Check the product page for timing estimates.
Once shipped, you will receive tracking details by email when available.
Delivery times depend on destination and carrier. International orders may take longer due to customs.
Gift orders: Need it for a special date? Contact us after ordering and we will do our best to help with timing.
Customs & duties
International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties charged by your country. These fees (if any) are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in ArtisRaw product pricing.
Returns & exchanges
- If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us promptly with photos of the product and packaging so we can help.
- Because many products are handmade or personalized, returns may be limited on customized items.
- Unused, undamaged items may be eligible for return according to our store policy — please reach out before sending anything back.
Personalized items: Custom text and made-to-order pieces generally cannot be returned unless there is a defect or shipping damage.
