Thank you for shopping at ArtisRaw. We want you to be happy with your handmade olive wood and artisan products.
Returns
- If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly with photos of the product and packaging so we can help.
- Unused, undamaged items in original condition may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us before sending anything back.
- Because many products are handmade or personalized, custom/personalized and made-to-order items generally cannot be returned unless there is a defect or shipping damage.
Exchanges
Exchanges may be offered for eligible non-personalized items when stock is available. Contact us to confirm options.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a damaged shipment.
