This set is simply stunning. The photo doesn’t do it justice. I did have a bit of an issue with getting a full set of chess pieces. The first set had three bishops and was missing a pawn, and the second set the seller sent was missing two rooks. But the third time was a charm. I now have a full complete set of chess pieces, and the seller was very kind and accommodating as we worked out the kinks. I ordered this as a 5th anniversary gift for my husband, and it will be a piece we cherish for many years to come.

Well in my order I don’t realized that the chess 32 pieces didn’t come with the board, so I contacted the seller and he send me the receipt 🧾 showing me was my mistake went I ordered. What an amazing purchase! The chess board and pieces are so beautifully crafted. The item definitely exceeded my expectations. It was a Christmas gift for a dear friend who lost his previous chess board in a devastating fire that took his home and mostly everything in it. The board is BEAUTIFUL! It's going to be a Christmas gift, and I'm so excited. One slight concern: the brown chess pieces were smooth and shiny, but the black pieces were rough. Is there anything I can do to smooth them out? Again, I LOVE the set, and would recommend it to anyone looking for an amazing gift for their favorite chess lover.
